About Me

Life can present challenges that leave us feeling stuck—whether it’s dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or significant life changes.

I’m here to support you in moving through those feelings and finding your path to healing.

My Approach

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist Intern, I utilize a trauma-informed approach, ensuring that my practice is safe, compassionate, and grounded in care.

Therapeutic Modalities

I’m certified in EMDR and integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Internal Family Systems (Parts Work)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Motivational Interviewing

These modalities allow me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.

What You Can Expect

I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships, creating a non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and build the confidence needed to create the life and relationships you desire.

I understand that taking the first step can feel daunting, but I firmly believe:

“You have to feel it to heal it.”
