About Me

I believe mental health isn’t just something we experience—it is who we are. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling to address trauma, heal relational rifts, and increase joy in human connection.

I’ve spent many years studying and treating trauma, mood disorders, depression, and anxiety, and I approach therapy with the understanding that healing is both deeply personal and profoundly relational.

My Approach

I invite you to meet with me, ask questions, and explore how I can best support your needs. Together, we’ll talk about your goals and begin the healing journey at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer a nonjudgmental, safe space where you can discover whether I’m the right counselor for you and feel supported as you take your next steps forward.

Experience & Leadership

I bring over 20 years of experience leading and guiding in the mental health field. In addition to my clinical work, I am a keynote speaker and author, focusing on neurology, mental health stability, and the impact of technology and electronics on the human brain.

I’ve served in a variety of roles that contribute to my expertise in psychology and mental health care. As a former owner and Clinical Director of two residential treatment centers, I helped youth develop the skills needed to manage their mental health, contribute meaningfully to society, and create lasting positive change.

From parent nights at local schools to TEDx talks, and from national conferences to local organizational interventions, I advise and educate communities across the nation on mental health.

What to Know About Availability

I am currently accepting a limited number of clients, as I balance my clinical work with speaking engagements and mentoring emerging counselors. My primary focus for new clients is court-ordered therapy cases.

If I’m unable to meet with you due to availability, I strongly encourage you to consider working with one of my exceptionally talented team members.

Each intern and therapist at the clinic receives direct weekly coaching and guidance from me, and I am deeply invested in building a top clinic in Utah County where individuals and families feel safe, receive high-quality care, and begin meaningful healing.
