About Me

Do you have a child or teen struggling with big emotions, school stress, or feeling disconnected?

It can be incredibly hard to watch your child go through something difficult—especially when you’re unsure how to help.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and former educator, and I understand the pressures young people face today, particularly in school environments. I’ve supported children and teens navigating academic stress, ADHD, anxiety, and social-emotional challenges.

In therapy, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where young people can build confidence and develop healthy ways to cope.

My Approach

My professional journey began in education, where I developed a deep passion for helping students feel seen, supported, and understood. That same commitment now guides my work in therapy. I aim to meet each client where they are and create a collaborative, approachable environment that supports growth and resilience.

I welcome clients of all ages and walks of life and work closely with families to set goals, build trust, and celebrate progress along the way.

What You Can Expect

I believe therapy should feel safe, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I bring a calm, grounded presence into sessions and focus on building strong therapeutic relationships with both clients and caregivers.

Originally from California, I find peace in nature and enjoy hiking, yoga, and exploring new places. These personal practices help me stay grounded, and I bring that sense of calm and presence into my work with clients.

Moving Forward

Whether you’re seeking support for your child, teen, or yourself, I’m here to help. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out for a consultation so we can begin this journey together with care and compassion.
