About Me

I’m passionate about meeting clients where they are and helping them build meaningful, lasting change.

With a background in social work, special education, and trauma-informed care, I bring a deep understanding of individual needs, personal growth, and resilience into my work.

My approach is empathetic, structured, and solution-oriented, ensuring each client receives personalized support as they navigate life’s challenges.

I am an MSW Intern and provide individual therapy, assessments, and treatment planning using evidence-based approaches. I integrate modalities such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strength-based approaches, adapting treatment to best fit each client’s experiences and goals.

My Approach

I bring over a decade of experience in special education, having worked as a Level II Paraprofessional supporting students on the autism spectrum with behavioral support, academic interventions, and graduation preparation. My professional background also includes case management, group facilitation, and curriculum development for individuals in recovery programs.

Whether I’m helping clients process trauma, navigate life transitions, or strengthen coping skills, I believe in empowering individuals through education, structure, and compassionate support. I work collaboratively with clients to create clarity, build resilience, and foster sustainable growth.

Therapeutic Focus & Training

I am currently earning my Master’s in Social Work at Utah Valley University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Family Science and an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Development. I am a Certified Trauma-Informed Specialist and have completed training in Skills for Psychological Recovery (SPR) and Domestic Violence Intervention (Levels I & II).

What You Can Expect

I bring a systems-thinking mindset, strong organizational skills, and a deep commitment to client success into every session. I believe healing isn’t just about overcoming difficulties—it’s about discovering strengths, creating supportive structure, and building a future rooted in purpose and resilience.

Outside of my clinical work, I’ve spent years volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America as an Eagle Coach and Assistant Scoutmaster, supporting youth in leadership and personal development. I’m also a founder of Odyssey Charter School, where I’ve been deeply involved in creating strong educational foundations for students.

In my free time, you’ll often find me outdoors trail running, cycling, backpacking, or hiking. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful nature can be for resilience and self-care, and I’m passionate about helping others tap into that same healing potential.

Moving Forward

If you’re looking for a therapist who will listen, challenge, and support you in equal measure, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth, clarity, and meaningful change.
