About Me
My path to clinical social work has been shaped by both education and lived experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Utah State University and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University.
I am currently completing my Master of Social Work, with graduation anticipated in February 2026, and have completed certifications in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), The Nurtured Heart Approach, and Trauma-Informed Care.
My Approach
I use an eclectic therapeutic approach grounded in the belief that each client is the expert of their own life. My role is not to lead, but to walk alongside—offering curiosity, empathy, and support as clients uncover their own strengths and navigate their healing.
I consider it a privilege to be invited into that process.
I believe healing happens through connection—to others, to community, and most importantly, to one’s whole self. My work centers on helping clients live in alignment with their values, reclaim inner wisdom, and move toward a deeper sense of wellness and wholeness.
Therapeutic Focus
My clinical focus includes OCD (with a specialty in scrupulosity), grief, trauma, depression and anxiety, neurodivergence, and identity exploration. Whether someone is navigating transition, processing loss, seeking clarity, or rebuilding their relationship with themselves, I strive to provide care that is collaborative, empowering, and grounded in hope.
Faith & Whole-Person Care
Faith and spirituality are meaningful parts of my life, and I am committed to creating space for clients of all backgrounds and belief systems. I actively study diverse religions, spiritual traditions, and cultural practices so that I can integrate whatever framework feels most supportive and authentic for each individual.
What You Can Expect
Holistic wellness is also a personal priority for me. I practice mindfulness, spend time outdoors, and make space for rest and creativity so that I can remain grounded and fully present with the individuals I serve.
It is an honor to be part of Dr. Christy Kane’s team, and I look forward to supporting clients as they take meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and authentic alignment.
