About Me

I would love to help you enhance your quality of life and support you through the challenges life may present. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I’m passionate about helping people create meaningful, sustainable change.

I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress management, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting clients as they work through self-esteem challenges, personal growth, and the desire to feel more grounded and fulfilled in their daily lives.

My Approach

My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and tailored to your unique experiences and goals.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand patterns, develop insight, and build practical tools for change. My goal is to empower you with strategies that help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

Couples Therapy & Gottman Training

I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 and 2, which means I am trained in research-based strategies designed to help couples improve communication, manage conflict effectively, and strengthen emotional connection.

In couples therapy, this training allows me to help partners:

  • Understand and interrupt unhelpful conflict patterns

  • Build skills for healthy communication and repair

  • Strengthen friendship, trust, and emotional intimacy

  • Navigate challenges in a way that feels constructive rather than reactive

Couples who work with me often benefit from a structured, evidence-based approach that balances practical tools with emotional understanding, helping them build a more connected and resilient relationship.

Therapeutic Modalities

I integrate a variety of approaches to best meet your needs, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts and behaviors

  • Solution-Focused interventions to help you set and achieve meaningful goals

  • Person-Centered therapy to ensure treatment is collaborative and tailored to you

What You Can Expect

Through personalized treatment plans, I work alongside you to develop effective strategies for managing stress, building healthier relationships, and fostering emotional resilience. I believe in empowering clients with tools they can carry into everyday life, long after therapy sessions end.
