About Me

My path to becoming a therapist has been deeply shaped by my own experiences of healing and growth. Therapy played a transformative role in my life, offering trusted support, resilience, and new possibilities. Because of this, I feel called to give back by walking alongside others as they move through challenges and toward meaningful change.

I meet clients where they are—sometimes that means taking courageous leaps forward, and other times it means honoring gentle, meaningful baby steps. My own life journey has deepened my empathy and shaped how I hold space for others, with compassion, curiosity, and hope. This is especially true in my roles within a blended family, as a wife and a mom to seven children, where relationship, patience, and growth are lived out every day.

My Approach

I practice from a trauma-informed, relational, and attachment-focused lens, helping clients view their struggles not as personal failings, but as patterns of relationship—with themselves and others—that can be explored and reshaped. I believe curiosity is a powerful catalyst for change, and when we become curious about what brings us to therapy, new responses and possibilities can emerge.

Many of my interventions integrate creative, experiential, and mindfulness-based practices to foster awareness, emotional regulation, and connection. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, and I view my clients as the experts of their own lives. Therapy is a collaborative process where we explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what might gently shift.

By anchoring therapy in values, I help clients live with greater congruence and alignment, while opening space for fresh perspectives and meaningful growth.

What You Can Expect

Clients often describe my style as warm, direct, and infused with humor, lightness, and care. I deeply value the therapeutic process and feel honored to share in the courage it takes to pursue change.

My goal is not to keep people in therapy indefinitely, but to empower them with the insight, tools, and confidence they need to navigate life’s challenges on their own. I see therapy as a partnership—one that supports clients in living fully, while knowing they can always return for support when needed.

Moving Forward

I’d like to leave you with a gentle invitation. Imagine that tonight, while you’re asleep, a miracle takes place. When you wake tomorrow, the challenges that brought you to therapy are resolved.

What would be different? What would that feel and look like in your life?

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, but wherever you are on your journey, it’s never too early—and never too late—to begin. This is an opportunity for you and your family to move beyond simply surviving and step into a life where you can truly thrive.

You don’t have to do it alone.

Together, we can work toward making that “miracle” a reality. As my children would say, “we’ve got this—let’s go!”
