About Me

Choosing a therapist is a big step, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing and meaningful change can happen. I help individuals, couples, and families live lives aligned with their values through compassionate, clinically grounded care.

I specialize in addiction recovery, trauma (utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy), high-conflict divorce, and couples work using  Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, and life stressors.

With personal experience in the impact of addiction and extensive clinical work in residential treatment, schools, non-profits, and outpatient settings, I bring both empathy and expertise to our work together.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Family Systems Therapy with an AFCC focus, Polyvagal Theory, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I believe that improving communication and understanding family dynamics are key to emotional healing and connection.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, golfing, snowboarding, reading, playing games, and watching sports.

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Together, we can work toward deeper connection, emotional clarity, and lasting change.
