Hi, I'm

MSWI—MASTERS SOCIAL WORKER

Sometimes the most important question isn't 'What's wrong with me?' but 'What happened that led me here? I work with my clients to explore the patterns causing the most frustration in your life, where they came from, and how to change them. I especially love working with kids, teens, and young adults to explore the parts of your story that deserve curiosity and not criticisim.

Who I Work Best With

I may be a good fit for:

My Approach

Most people are not failing because they are weak; they are exhausted from surviving patterns, pain, and relationships that were never truly helping them heal. No one was meant to do this alone. I believe healing often begins when we stop pretending everything is fine and together, we’ll create space for honest conversations, healthier relationships, meaningful accountability, and real change that lasts beyond the therapy room.

I believe therapy should be both supportive and motivating. My approach is grounded in deep compassion, validation, and honest reflection. I value helping people understand themselves on a deeper level, how their thoughts formed, why they respond the way they do, and what lies beneath the struggles they’re facing. By identifying root issues, accepting where we are today, and recognizing where change is needed, we can work toward meaningful growth.

I am highly motivated to work with clients who want to improve all aspects of their wellbeing: mental, physical, social, and spiritual. Everything is connected, and I love working with the whole person to help them build the vibrant life they deserve. I also deeply appreciate clients who can bring humor to the process while still getting down to the serious work behind it all. I want my clients to enjoy therapy and feel confident in the direction they are headed.

I believe behavior is communication.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

I work collaboratively with families to understand the underlying needs and stressors driving difficult behaviors, rather than simply focusing on symptom reduction.
