I believe healing involves both the mind and body, so I often incorporate mindfulness, values work, emotional regulation, lifestyle support, meditation, and practical coping tools into therapy.

I work with adults, young adults, and teens who are navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, ADHD-related challenges, OCD-related concerns, autism spectrum concerns, and major life transitions.

 

I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, and Gottman-informed relationship work, always tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals.

 

I am also a Certified Mediator and enjoy helping clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, and work through conflict in healthier and more productive ways.
