Hi, I'm
CMHC—CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
I help teens, adults, couples, and families who feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or frustrated by patterns they can’t seem to break on their own. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, practical, honest, and tailored to who you are, not just your diagnosis.
Who I Work Best With
I may be a good fit for you if you are:
Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or stress
Struggling with ADHD, focus, motivation, or executive functioning
Battling unwanted behaviors, addiction, or compulsive patterns
Facing addiction, compulsive behaviors, or relationship strain caused by addiction
Navigating relationship conflict, disconnection, or infidelity
Wanting therapy that is direct, supportive, and goal-oriented
Real growth happens when we stop fighting ourselves and start understanding what’s actually keeping us stuck
My Approach
My approach is collaborative, personalized, and focused on helping you create meaningful and realistic change.
I work as a teammate alongside my clients, helping them identify what is keeping them stuck while building practical tools and strategies that actually fit their life.

I believe therapy should feel supportive without losing honesty or direction. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, build confidence, and move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
