My Approach

I believe life can feel meaningful and fulfilling even during difficult seasons, and therapy can create space to better understand yourself, your emotions, and the patterns shaping your experiences. My approach centers around honesty, acceptance, compassion, and helping clients reconnect with their values and sense of direction.

 

I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to slow down, process what’s happening beneath the surface, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and worth living. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping clients feel understood while building confidence and emotional resilience.
