Hi, I'm

CSW—CERTIFIED SOCIAL WORKER

If you've ever felt like you don't quite fit the mold you were handed, you're probably exactly the kind of person I love working with. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, faith transition support, women's counseling, and identity-focused therapy in Lehi and Provo, Utah with warmth, humor, and genuine connection.

Who I Work Best With

I may be a good fit for people who are:

The goal isn't to become a different person. It's to stop abandoning the person you've been all along.

My Approach

I believe healing happens when people finally have space to be fully themselves.

Too often, people come to therapy carrying expectations, labels, roles, and responsibilities that were handed to them by family, culture, religion, relationships, or society. Somewhere along the way, they lose touch with their own voice.

Therapy with me is about reconnecting with that voice. I value authenticity, curiosity, self-trust, and helping clients build lives that feel aligned with who they truly are rather than who they think they're supposed to be. Our work can be serious when it needs to be, but I also believe healing often includes laughter, connection, and learning not to take ourselves quite so seriously.

How I support my clients

As someone who understands the beauty, complexity, chaos, and connection that can come from large family systems, I bring a relational lens to the therapy room. I understand how difficult it can be to navigate competing expectations, people-pleasing, identity shifts, and the feeling that everyone seems to need something from you.

My work incorporates feminist therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, trauma-informed care, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based approaches, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions.

I work with women, LGBTQ+ clients, faith-transition clients, individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, grief, infertility, trauma, self-esteem struggles, postpartum challenges, and major life transitions while helping clients build self-trust, emotional resilience, and confidence in their own decisions.

Many clients tell me they feel comfortable quickly because I show up as a real person. You don't have to impress me, educate me, defend yourself, or have everything figured out before we start. We'll figure it out together.
