Hi, I'm
MFTI—Marriage & Family Therapist Intern
I believe therapy is a space for growth, healing, and self discovery. I enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self esteem concerns, and difficulties managing emotions. Through curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, I support clients in gaining deeper self awareness, strengthen communication, and improve their relationships.

Not sure if I'm the right fit?
Our care coordinators can help match you with the best therapist for your needs, availability, and goals.
Who I Work Best With
I may be a good fit for you if you are:
Navigating life transitions that leave you feeling overwhelmed or uncertain
Feeling not good enough, lacking confidence, or battling low self-worth
Healing from grief, loss, or the emotional impact of major life changes
Struggling to communicate, resolve conflict, or feel understood in your relationships
Learning to build healthier relationships while setting boundaries and recognizing unhealthy patterns
The strongest relationships begin with the one you build with yourself.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine belief in each clients capacity for growth.
I see clients as the experts of their own lives. You are worthy of the same compassion you so freely give to everyone else.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore challenges, increase self awareness, and build on existing strengths.
