I believe many emotional struggles begin as survival patterns that once helped us feel safe, even if those same patterns now leave us feeling disconnected, unseen, or emotionally exhausted.
My approach focuses on helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and approach their emotions with curiosity and compassion instead of shame.
