My Approach

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping clients feel understood while building practical tools for healing and growth.

 

Through my experience working on the Utah Crisis Line, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of their most vulnerable and overwhelming moments, which continues to shape the way I show up in therapy today.

I value creating a space where clients feel safe enough to slow down, process emotions honestly, and gain clarity about what they truly need moving forward. Therapy with me is conversational, supportive, and centered on helping clients feel more confident, resilient, and emotionally steady.
