Not sure if I'm the right fit?
Our care coordinators can help match you with the best therapist for your needs, availability, and goals.
Who I Work Best With
I may be a good fit for you if:
Wanting healthier relationships and stronger self-worth
Depression has left you feeling disconnected or unmotivated.
Anxiety or overthinking keeps getting in the way.
You want to feel more confident, capable, and equipped to move forward.
Intrusive thoughts or OCD make it hard to trust your own mind.
When we stop letting fear make our decisions, we create space for growth, purpose, and a life that reflects who we truly want to be.
My Approach
My approach is structured, practical, and collaborative. I often come into a session with an idea of where we might go, while still leaving plenty of room for you to lead and bring in what matters most that day.
I like helping clients understand how their brains work, challenge thinking patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and recognize that our brains are capable of learning and changing.
Therapy with me may include conversation, education, videos, music, games, activities, or examples connected to your own interests. I want therapy to feel relevant to your actual life—not like something that only makes sense inside the therapy room.

You are more capable than you realize.
I’ve always loved hearing people’s stories. Whether it’s listening to an audiobook or sitting across from someone in therapy, I’m fascinated by the experiences that shape who we become. Being invited into someone’s story is something I consider a privilege.
I also believe that where your story has been doesn’t have to determine where it goes next.

I Also Work With
Women, Men, Teenagers, Adults, Couples, and Families of all Ages
How I support my clients
I’ll meet you where you are, but I’m also willing to challenge you to reach for more. I want you to understand not only what you’re experiencing, but why it may be happening and what you can actually do about it.
My background in healthcare has made me especially interested in helping people understand the connection between their brains, bodies, thoughts, and emotions—something that can be particularly helpful when anxiety makes normal sensations or reactions feel frightening.
I’ll be direct and real with you, celebrate your progress, and help you identify practical tools while building greater trust in your own ability to handle what comes next.
