My Approach

My approach is supportive, direct, and focused on helping clients better understand the patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that keep them feeling stuck.

 

I believe meaningful growth happens when clients feel both understood and challenged in ways that lead to lasting change, not just temporary relief.

With experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, autism support, trauma work, and working with at-risk youth, I bring a grounded and adaptable perspective to therapy.

 

I value creating a space where clients can slow down, think more clearly, reconnect with themselves, and build a life that feels more aligned with their values and goals.

How I support my clients

I utilize REBT/CBT, existential therapy, ACT, DBT-informed interventions, narrative therapy, behavioral approaches, and trauma-informed care tailored to each client’s unique experiences, goals, and values. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-affirming and spiritually integrated therapy approaches.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, addiction, emotional overwhelm, autism spectrum concerns, identity exploration, faith transitions, compulsive behaviors, life transitions, and questions around meaning and purpose while helping clients build healthier patterns, emotional resilience, and a more grounded sense of self.
