Looking for practical guidance rooted in years of experience, compassion, and real-world tools

Not sure if I'm the right fit?
Our care coordinators can help match you with the best therapist for your needs, availability, and goals.
Life doesn't stop being complicated, but we can learn how to navigate it with more wisdom, self-compassion, and confidence than we had before.
My Approach
Life gets complicated. Relationships change, children grow up, careers evolve, losses happen, and sometimes the strategies that worked in one season no longer work in the next. I believe therapy provides an opportunity to slow down, sort through the noise, and focus on what matters most.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we better understand ourselves, our values, and our relationships.
I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to move through life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

How I support my clients
Over the past 34 years, I've worked with teens, adults, couples, parents, caregivers, and older adults through nearly every stage of life. Whether you're raising children, navigating relationship struggles, adjusting to retirement, grieving a loss, or trying to find yourself again after years of caring for everyone else, therapy can help you regain a sense of balance and direction.

My work incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, attachment-focused work, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, family conflict, parenting challenges, LGBTQ+ concerns, grief, codependency, self-esteem struggles, relationship issues, and major life transitions while helping them build resilience, healthier coping skills, and stronger connections.
