My Approach

I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to slow down, explore our experiences honestly, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have been buried beneath stress, trauma, or survival patterns.

 

Therapy with me focuses on creating a grounded and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and emotionally safe.

I incorporate mindfulness, emotional processing, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and create healthier relationships and coping patterns. My approach is compassionate, relational, and centered around meaningful healing rather than simply “pushing through.”
