Paying with Insurance

Before your first appointment, our team will verify your benefits and help you understand:

  • Copays

  • Deductibles

  • Coinsurance

  • Any out-of-pocket responsibility

We know insurance can feel confusing, and we’re happy to help guide you through the process so there are fewer surprises along the way.

Cash Pay or Private Pay

Some clients choose private pay because it offers additional flexibility, privacy, and control over their care experience.

Private pay may be a good fit if you:

  • Prefer not to use a mental health diagnosis through insurance

  • Want more flexibility in treatment approaches or session frequency

  • Have out-of-network benefits

  • Want greater privacy regarding medical records

  • Are seeking couples or family therapy that may not be covered by insurance

Please contact our front desk for current private pay rates and provider availability.

3

Clergy & Third-Party Payment Support

As a courtesy to our clients, we accept payment for therapy services from clergy members, ecclesiastical leaders, employers, and approved third-party supports when applicable.

If someone else may be helping cover the cost of therapy, our front desk team can help coordinate payment arrangements and answer questions about the process.

4

Financial Assistance

We believe support should feel accessible whenever possible.

Limited financial assistance opportunities may be available for clients who qualify. If cost feels like a barrier to getting help, we encourage you to ask our front desk about completing a financial assistance application during your intake process.

Our team is happy to walk you through available options and help you explore what support may be available.

Not sure where to start?

Whether you have questions about insurance, private pay, scheduling, or finding the right therapist, our care team is here to help make the process feel simpler.
