About Me

Everyone is unique, and each person searches for happiness in their own way. Sometimes, though, we all need a little support in discovering what that happiness truly looks like.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to help you explore those experiences and move toward the life you’ve been hoping for. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while working intentionally toward healing and growth.

My Approach

My approach is compassionate, personalized, and grounded in evidence-based practices, always tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and empowering, helping you better understand patterns that may be holding you back and discover healthier ways to move forward.

I received my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Utah. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in state, private, non-profit, and school settings, gaining diverse experience that has strengthened my compassion and commitment to helping people break free from dysfunctional patterns.

Therapeutic Focus

I specialize in working with teens and families, particularly during the challenging period of adolescence. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I help teens and their families identify and shift destructive patterns, learn healthier communication skills, and grow together with greater understanding and connection.

I also provide affirming support for LGBTQ+ and transgender individuals, offering a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore identity, feel heard, and build self-acceptance without judgment.

What You Can Expect

I believe most people simply want to feel happier and more at peace in their lives. My goal is to help you work toward that in a way that feels achievable, supportive, and meaningful. Creating change often involves doing hard things—but you don’t have to do them alone.

I’m here to support you every step of the way as we build a thoughtful plan to help you move forward, strengthen relationships, and live with greater confidence and clarity.
